Terms and restrictions

  • The condition for a refund is that we receive a written explanation of the points in the online store that you are dissatisfied with.
  • If we can fix the problems within 30 days of submitting the written report, the money will not be returned.
  • The satisfaction guarantee does not apply to the financial success of the online store, but is limited to the technical characteristics of the store.
  • The satisfaction guarantee only applies to the Shopify monthly fees you pay and any support and maintenance fees.
  • The guarantee only applies to the customer's first transaction.
  • If the dissatisfaction is due to misuse of the software, we are not obliged to refund the money.
  • We are not responsible for errors that occur in third-party services, such as Paytrail, Posti, etc.
